My wife is so dope!
I had a great weekend with her!
It was her birthday on sunday, so I dedicated this whole weekend to her.
Friday night we colored her hair which included me putting highlights in her hair, (yes I am officially gay now!)
Saturday we went out to eat, then we did some digging at garage sales where we found some gems.
She bought this baby shirt thing, which must be a sign of something cause we dont have any children, she says it is because "we will someday and it was a good price" but I know whats up.
I found the smashing pumpkins box set in mint condition for 2$, I am not a HUGE fan of there music but I do like some of there stuff and two bucks is a great deal for a box set! (look for that to be on ebay as soon as I rip the songs I want to have)
Then we went out to the OKlahoma arts festival and had a great time, listened to some awesome music saw some cool art and lazed around in the shade for quit a while, which was awesome! then we went to macaroni grill where she was serenaded by an operatic waiter boy and given a flower and free chocolate cake, the best I have ever tasted mind you, then finished the night out with a movie at home (*traitor feat Don Cheadle...great movie)
Sunday we went to church, headed to Washington Oklahoma and hung out with her family all day had some fajitas and did some fun activities which included a ballon fight and me dominating at apples to apples (a family favorite board game!) we then drove home in the pouring rain and lightening storm, which was pretty scary, I thought we were going to die!
I didn't spend more than 10 15 minutes on my mac all weekend long!!!!
Its nice to step back and enjoy the simple pure things in life.
I know All my friends think I'm lame for talking about this so much, but I am just really thankful for such an amazing woman, I truly am blessed to have Allison Rae Taylor in my life, she is really dope!
I am glad she was born 26 years ago! I look forward to spending the next 26 + with her by my side!
