EVERYDAY PRESENT

So I found out I have diabetes.
That sucks!
I also still have breath in my lungs, I am still alive!
That does not suck!
I think we become so caught up with "life" that we miss "life"
Every single day we wake up and can say "present" you know like in school when the teacher would call your name and you would say... "here", or "present".

If the morning calls out our name, and we can answer "present" then that is a "present" from God.
Sick, whole, Rich, poor...everyone who is here another day is truly blessed.

Not that eternal rest with God is bad, but we were intended to live life to the fullest here on earth.

I plan on doing so!

Thank you Lord for another beautiful day! 

I will rejoice in the present of this day that you have given me! 

With or without diabetes you are still amazing!

 I owe you my all, I freely, and gladly hand it all over too you!
