So Allison and I don't buy each other presents for Christmas, we usually just get a little money for ourselves and buy what we want, its just more fun that way for us.
This year we went to IKEA in frisco Texas.
We loaded up sunday morning, made the four hour drive, got to the IKEA utopia and had a hay day!!! We got there by 1:30, and we did not leave until they closed at 7:00!
If you have never been to one of these amazing havens of happy home furnishings, you really should.
Even if your not into home decorating like us (were kind of obsessed!) it is still worth going just for the experience.
We had a blast!
Although by the time we finally piled all our crap into my Trailblazer we were spent...pooped! That made for a fun drive home!
All there stuff has cool swedish names, for instance we bought this huge 5ft tall mirror called the "mongstad" Ha awsome I have a mirror called MONGSTAD!! sounds like a German Death meatal band or something!
Anyway it is crazy, wall to wall people cramped at times, But you can walk away with some really good stuff for cheap if you know how to hunt for it!

I am an Ikea fan too bro! I have a loft bed that is an Ikea bed...but I bought it on craigslist! lol...I look forward to having a bedroom set or something too...but first I have a great deal more grinding to do.
