When "that" becomes A HUMAN...

I  originally found this concept in  Rob bells book entitled "sexgod" 

Sadly enough this is a concept I know all to well. 

So do you...

You know the scene a beautiful piece of flesh walks by, or we see someone attractive online, in a movie, etc. and we say(or at least) think DANG look at that, the problem is "that" is a human being, someone's child, either present or future spouse, someone's sibling .

I am guilty of objectifying Gods children for my own lustful pleasure, this is disgusting, this is also normal behavior for humans, wether or not we look at porn and do this , or people magazine, or simply while walking through the mall.

We are all guilty.

We all need to repent and seek healing. 

Despite what the general media says this is not ok, its not okay for us to turn our fellow human into an object of dirty, broken, fallen lust!

This goes for both male and female, we are all guilty.

Its not just about porn, and masturbation, its about the root of it all, the agility to look at another human and degrade them to the point of an object, we need help, Jesus says if you look at another and lust you are guilty of adultery, I am guilty. And so are you.

This is no condemnation, this is confession, and this is a revelation of reality.

I truly am sorry for what I have done God, and what I have become... please have mercy on your people!
