I will be releasing a limited edition series of prints called; VINTRO81, it is a collection of prints inspired and geared around a vintage retro vibe, mixed with a modern twist. This is actually the style I am trying to develop overall as my own because I seriously love the way graphic design appeared in the early days, so this might turn out to be just the way I do things, not for sure though, I am still developing my own identity as a designer..we will see, but for now its going to be a series of prints!
I am still paying my dues in this design world, and as a result I have been studying the history of graphic design, in order to gain more respect for this blessed form of art, and I have found that just like most all forms of art(music included) I like the older stuff better,dont get me wrong I do like some modern stuff as well, but a lot of it seems to lack a certain pazazz, a certain authentic-ness!
So in this series I am creating shapes and themes that make me feel that way!
I will be selling a limited amount of them as a sets and individuals, in order to raise funds for my schooling!
