The shave STRUGGLES chapter 1

So as you can see I have had really good results doing my weight loss program, 22 lbs in two weeks is great, most people would kill to be able to lose 22 pounds! The problem I am having is directly related to my weight loss...the fact that I don't see, or notice that much of a difference sucks, if most people lost 22 pounds you would be able to tell! Now I know that it will take a long time,I didn't gain it over night, I won't lose that way either!
BUT...
I really want a bacon cheese burger and fries, a banana split, and a 44 ounce coke(not diet), I would love to have some Chinese food (buffet style), or some pizza,CHOCOLATE!!!...yummm!
AND...
Working out sucks!
Lets be honest , it really takes a lot for me to convince myself, to go and punish myself on the treadmill for an hour when there does not seem to be any results!
I mean when will I start seeing some results?

This is not easy!

Now don't get me wrong I feel better...way better, but I am ready for my out side to start looking like my inside!

I know it's worth it...it will be worth it, I'm not giving up, but right now I'm struggling!

Anybody have some things to say about this? any advice? encouragement?

When I get cravings, I just pop in a stick of Extra sugar free gum! It tastes great and satisfies all of my cravings...and it is only 5 calories! :)

Man you should take a picture of yourself right now....a butt naked picture...lol not really but take one and even with your 22 pound lose you'll see a difference...I'm proud of yeah. Keep up the good work!

Keep it moving fam!!! Were all rooting for you! Deny yourself those fleshly desires. (I know it's hard) Just think about that stuff being the devil for a while longer. haha... You will be able to eat that stuff once you lose 100lbs. Just do it in moderation and only once in a while.

P.S. Hit me with an email. I have a little incentive to make you forget about the struggles for a little whiley.

Hey dude just wanted to say congrats on loosing the weight. And some of the things you can do if you are craving something sweet to drink get some 100% juice with no sugar added. It's a lot better than any kind of pop, even diet. I don't know if you know but Banner has lost about 150 pounds in the last year from 376 to 228. He just eats a lots of protein, like beef jerky meats without a lot of bread, and dairy like cheese and yogurt. And nuts are really good too like trail mix. And when he really wants something sweet he gets a dark chocolate bar because dark chocolate isn't as bad as the other. I'll be keepin you in prayers cause I know it's hard. Just keep it up. It's definately worth it.
