The shave

So I recently weighed in at 444 lbs I decided that was it!

This is the official shave:

Brief history: I’ve been big my whole life. My parents managed fast food restaurants while I was growing up and that’s what we ate. There was never any restriction placed on my eating as a kid, and it is a foreign concept for me now to restrict myself. Which has resulted in my current condition Which is somewhere in between jabba the hut and pizza hut . The fact of the matter is im tired of being this weigh, this crap is coming off one way or another!!!!

My wife, who is the biggest motivation I have and I will be embarking on a twisted tale of cut calories, and death by cardiovascular slashing.
I'll be posting weekly updates,and crying about how hard it is, as well as monthly pics of my new sexy man body.
So stay tuned.

P.S. I almost forgot the best part of this is, whenever I reach my first goal of 75 lbs shaved off, to commemorate that awesome moment, I will be shaving off my beard (well at least down to a goatee)
